How are order and delivery time calculated?

Order preparation generally takes 1–2 business days after successful authorization. Carrier travel is then estimated at 4–6 business days after shipment. Shipping choices and charges are displayed at checkout; the Shipping Policy explains tracking and exceptions.

Can I change my mind or report a faulty item?

Yes. An eligible new, unused preference return and a request involving damage, a defect, a wrong item, a missing part or a significant listing mismatch may be made within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are accepted, subject to approval and stock.

What happens after a return request?

Contact us before mailing. The package includes a free prepaid label for an eligible mailed return and there is no restocking fee. After approval, we process or initiate an original-method refund within 10 days; the provider may take longer to post it. See the Refund Policy.
