Refund Policy

Eligibility begins at delivery

Ask for a return or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered. We accept eligible new, unused items in their original condition even if you changed your mind, preferred another option or selected the wrong size. We also consider goods that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from their description. Non-excludable consumer rights are preserved.

Request review before returning anything

Email ipocesul23@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email and reason. Include photos or video for an item with a problem, and retain its packaging and parts. We will review the request and, if approved, provide the accurate return destination and mailing instructions. The store's correspondence address is not automatically the return destination.

Mailing, exchanges and fees

A free prepaid return label is included inside the package for an eligible return by mail. If the label is absent or lost, contact us for help. Please wait for approval before using it. We charge no restocking fee. An exchange depends on review and the stock then available.

When a refund is initiated

Following approval, we process or initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
