From authorization to dispatch

Once a payment is authorized, our team normally prepares a Klean Kanteen order within 1–2 business days. Preparation comes before, and is separate from, the carrier's delivery estimate.

Delivery estimates and charges

After dispatch, transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays do not count as business days; no exact arrival date is guaranteed. The available destination and shipping charge for an order are presented during checkout.

Following a parcel

Check the address before submitting the order and allow time for the first carrier scan to appear. If tracking stalls, a parcel is lost or damaged, or a delivered scan does not match what you received, send the order number, checkout email and tracking reference to ipocesul23@gmail.com. We can use those details to investigate the exception.
